Girish Bhatia is a distinguished technologist, accomplished systems integration leader, and successful serial entrepreneur. Known for his ability to scale businesses from the ground up, he has bootstrapped two startups and guided both to highly successful corporate exits.
At GCOM Software Inc. (now Voyatek), Girish served as CEO for 14 years, transforming the company from a startup into a leading public sector services provider operating across multiple states before its acquisition by a private equity consortium. He previously co-founded Rapid Application Developers, Inc. (RAD), serving as CEO until its acquisition by CGI Inc. in 2002. Following that acquisition, he led CGI’s offshore delivery centers in Bangalore and Mumbai, doubling both revenue and EBITDA within two years.

Girish brings more than three decades of executive leadership and corporate growth across the technology and consulting sectors. He founded GCOM Software Inc. (now Voyatek) and served as its CEO for 14 years, growing it from a startup into a leading public sector services provider across multiple states before its acquisition by a private equity consortium. Prior to that, he co-founded Rapid Application Developers, Inc. (RAD) and served as CEO until its acquisition by CGI Inc. in 2002.
