These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the InfoPeople website, including all content, features, and services made available through it (collectively, the “Site”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Site. These Terms do not govern the specific terms of any master services agreement, statement of work, or staffing agreement between InfoPeople and a client, which are addressed in separately executed contracts.

We may revise these Terms at any time by updating this page. Changes are effective when posted. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
3. Eligibility

If you submit information to us through the Site, including through contact forms, career applications, or inquiry submissions, you grant InfoPeople a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use that information for the purposes for which it was submitted, consistent with our Privacy Policy. The Site provides general information about InfoPeople’s IT Solutions, Data, AI, and IT Staffing services for informational purposes only. Information on the Site does not constitute an offer, commitment, or guarantee of any specific service outcome, and does not modify the terms of any separately executed client agreement. Case studies, outcome statistics, and client references on the Site reflect specific past engagements and are not a guarantee of similar results in any other engagement.
8. Third-Party Links and Content
The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by InfoPeople. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party site. Your use of third-party sites is at your own risk and subject to the terms and policies of those sites.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE. InfoPeople does not warrant the accuracy or completeness of any content on the Site.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, InfoPeople AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT SHALL InfoPeople’S TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SITE EXCEED ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS (USD $100). This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, and does not apply to liability arising under a separately executed client agreement, which is governed by the terms of that agreement.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless InfoPeople and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Site, or your violation of these Terms.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in New York, New York, and you waive any objection to venue in those courts.
13. Dispute Resolution
Before initiating any formal legal proceeding, you agree to first contact us to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. Where the parties are unable to resolve a dispute informally, either party may pursue resolution through the courts identified in Section 12, or, where a separately executed agreement provides for arbitration or an alternative dispute resolution mechanism, that mechanism will govern disputes arising under that agreement.
14. Export Control and Compliance
You agree to comply with all applicable export control and economic sanctions laws and regulations in connection with your use of the Site, and you represent that you are not located in, or a resident of, any country subject to a comprehensive embargo under applicable law, and are not on any restricted party list.
15. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users, InfoPeople, or third parties.
16. Severability and Entire Agreement
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and InfoPeople regarding use of the Site.
